Sun Lakes Tech Help began the way most good things here begin: with a favor. One neighbor needed help with her laptop, and someone nearby was happy to sit with her until it worked.
Today we visit homes across Sun Lakes and Chandler every week: sitting down together, working at a comfortable pace, and leaving you feeling confident.

We give free talks to HOA groups, computer clubs, and church groups on staying safe online.

Most of the homes we help, we have helped before. That continuity is the whole point.
How we work
- 1. We listen first. Tell us what is happening in your own words. There is no wrong way to describe a computer problem.
- 2. We explain in plain English. No jargon, no rushing, and no making you feel behind. Questions are always welcome, including the same question twice.
- 3. We agree before we act. You hear what we recommend and what it costs before any work begins.
- 4. We leave written notes. Simple, large-print notes so you can repeat the steps on your own later.
