What is included
Your own named concierge
You are introduced to one person by name. They keep notes on your home, your devices, and how you like things done, so you never start over from scratch.
In-home security setup
We come to your house and set things up properly: strong sign-ins, safe backups of your photos and documents, protection on each device, and a written card with anything you need to remember.
Ongoing peace of mind
Regular check-in visits, updates handled for you, and a simple promise: when something looks odd, you call your concierge and we sort it out together.
Straightforward care
Plain language, unhurried visits, and a clear monthly price. No jargon and no comparisons to anyone else's service.
How it begins
- A friendly phone call. We talk about what you use and what has been troubling you. Nothing is decided on that call.
- Your first visit. Two unhurried hours at home. We meet your devices, tidy up what needs tidying, and set up your protections together.
- Your welcome card. You receive a large-print card with your concierge's name and direct number.
- Check-ins from then on. We come back on a schedule that suits you, and you are welcome to call in between.
Questions neighbors ask
- Do I need to understand any of this?
- No. That is what your concierge is for. You are welcome to learn as much or as little as you like.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any month, with a phone call. Everything we set up stays yours.
- Will you have access to my accounts?
- Only what you choose to share, only while you are present, and always with your say-so.
